Hey! This is so interesting! My mom would also agree with your mom's favorite artists growing up. That's pretty cool she got to see some in concert. I like how she describes the way music can bring her comfort and peace during the hard times. Great interview!
ReplyDeleteHey JaPrincess!! I enjoyed reading your interview with your mom!! I would definitely have to agree with your mom with the music that has helped her in her hard times. Worship and gospel music has helped me fix my eyes back on the Lord in hard times, understanding that He's ultimately in control. It gives me peace, knowing the Lord has the situation!! Thanks so much for sharing, girl!!
ReplyDeleteHeey! Your interview is amazing! I love how music has been such a huge part of your mom's life. Her journey is so relatable; it's like our playlists grow up with us. That line "Music is like a prayer" hit me deep. It's amazing how songs like "We are the World" can feel like lifelines during tough times. Also, the fact that she played clarinet makes it even cooler.
